Does choosing a day book an appointment?
No. The day and time you choose are a request. The salon replies to confirm a time.
Are the prices final?
They are estimates. Length, design and repairs can change the price, and the salon confirms it before starting. Some designs are priced from your reference photo.
I have gel polish or extensions on now. What should I add?
Add a removal before a new set or a new gel polish, or choose a refill if you are keeping your extensions. The plan reminds you if something is missing.
Can several people come together?
Yes, a plan can include up to six people. The salon tells you whether everyone is attended at the same time or one after another.
I have sensitive skin or a nail condition.
Tell the salon before your visit and write it in the plan notes. The app does not give health advice; if a nail or the skin around it hurts or looks infected, see a health professional first.
Where are my plans stored?
On your own phone. The app has no account and no cloud copy, and nothing is sent until you open your email app or call.
