Valerosa Nail Plan — Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-04. This notice covers the Android app and the planner on this website.

Who we are
This notice is published by VALEROSA NAILS SAS (NIT 901.949.339-3), C.C. Acqua, piso 4, local 415, Urbanización Prados del Norte, Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +57 316 049 8520.
In this notice, "we" and "the salon" mean Valerosa Nails. "The app" means the Android app Valerosa Nail Plan.
What this notice covers
It explains what the app does with the information you type into it, and what happens when you choose to email or call the salon.
The salon’s website has the same notice at privacy-policy/index.html.

Information you enter
A plan can contain a title, the people in your group (any label you choose, such as "Me" or "Mom"), what is on their nails today, preferred shape and length, looks you like, services, dates of past services, a preferred day, the occasion, a budget, notes and your reply details (name, phone, email).
All of it is optional except what you need for a useful plan. Please do not write medical details; a short note such as "sensitive skin" is enough for the salon to ask you.

Where your plans are stored
Plans are stored in a private database inside the app on your phone. The app keeps one working draft so that your unsaved changes survive closing the app.
Other apps cannot read this database.

No account, no cloud copy
There is no sign-in and no account. The app does not upload plans to the salon or to any server.
Android backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for the app’s data, so plans are not copied to a cloud backup by the app.

What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and it shows no ads.

Network access
The app has no internet permission. Everything it shows — services, prices, images and this notice — is bundled inside the app.

Sending a plan by email
When you tap "Open email app", the app shows you the exact recipient, subject and text first. Your email app then opens with that message. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app.
The email is handled by your email provider under its own terms.

Calling the salon
"Call" opens your phone app with the salon’s number. The app does not place the call, record it or read your call history.

Copying a plan
If you copy a plan, its text goes to your phone’s clipboard, marked as sensitive where Android supports it. Other apps you paste into can read what you paste.

How the salon uses messages you send
If you send a plan, the salon uses it to answer you, suggest a time and prepare your visit. It does not use it for advertising.
The salon keeps messages only as long as needed to attend you and to meet legal duties.
Your choices
You can edit, duplicate or delete any plan at any time. Deleting a plan removes it from the app on this phone.
Uninstalling the app removes all plans and the working draft.

How long information is kept
Plans stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Messages you sent stay in your email app and with the salon until deleted there.

Security
Plans are protected by Android’s app sandbox and your phone’s screen lock. Keep your phone locked if others use it.

Children
The app is meant for adults planning nail services. If a plan includes a child, an adult should create it and decide what to share.

Your rights
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask the salon to know, update, correct or delete personal information it holds about you, and to revoke your authorisation. Write to [email protected].
Information stored only on your phone is under your control in the app.

Changes to this notice
If the app changes how it handles information, this notice will be updated with a new effective date in a new app version and on the website.
